Fluorescence Microscope for PNA FISH®
PNA FISH employs fluorescence microscopy to visualize bacteria and yeast. A fluorescence microscope equipped with a 60x or 100x Oil Objective and a PNA FISH Dual Band Filter (AC003) is required to examine and analyze PNA FISH slides.

While fluorescence microscopes are standard equipment in most laboratories, the housing unit for the PNA FISH Dual Band Filter can differ between manufacturers and models. Before purchasing the PNA FISH Starter System, your laboratory will be asked to fill out a Microscope Qualification Survey to ensure the correct filter housing unit is supplied for your fluorescence microscope.
